We are located on the right side on 22nd St. Three buildings from Hwy 101. We are a two story yellow building. Coming from the North on Hwy 101 into Florence, turn right on to 22nd St. Coming from the South on Hwy 101, turn left on to 22nd St.

If you have dental insurance, we file claims as a courtesy for our patients.
A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $2,000 are paid in full by cash or check on the day that treatment is presented, or in advance of scheduling the appointment.
